Tiganites - Ancient Greek Pancakes

Ingredients : 
 
Whole wheat flour - 1 cup 
 
Water - 1 cup 
 
Honey - 2 tbsp. 
 
Salt - 1/4 tsp. 
 
Olive oil - as needed 
 
Sesame - a handful for topping

Method:
 
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan and set aside. 
 
Whisk the salt into the water and let it dissolve. 
 
Combine the flour, salt water, and honey together. 
 
Cover with a towel and let sit for 20 minutes. 
 
Coat the pan with olive oil generously. 
 
Fry the pancakes in batches. 
 
Serve hot with a topping of toasted sesame seeds and honey. 
 
This isn't my recipe. 
Tip- you can add some grated carrot , apple while making pancakes to make it healthier.
