Healthy Matar( Peas)-Paneer( Cottage cgeese)

Ingredients
to grind
cashew nut 1 tbsp
ginger 1" chopped
garlic 3-4 ( optional)
onion 2 big cut long
tomatoes 3 big cut
coriander leaves 2 tbsp
mint / pudina 1 tsp
water 1 glass
Pressure cook all these for 3-4 whistles, cool, blend in hand mixer/ mixer

peas 1 cup boiled/ frozen peas
paneer cut  1/2 -3/4 cup
coriander leaves 1 tsp to garnish
salt to taste

After blending, add peas, paneer, salt boil , then simmer for 3-4 minutes adding salt
serve hot garnish with coriander leaves with rice/ roti/ bread toast
