Garlic- Chili Bread Rolls

Ingredients
1 tsp - Dry yeast
1/3 cup - Lukewarm water
1 tbsp - Cooking oil
1/2 tsp - Salt
2 cups - All purpose flour/ maida
2 tbsp - Butter

Spread-
2 tsp - Minced garlic
2 tsp minced green chillies
1 tbsp - Butter (at room temp).

Method 
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in lukewarm water.
 Keep it aside.
 Mix the plain flour, salt, oil in another bowl and add the yeast mixture to it.
 Form a soft dough and cover to let it rise.
 Store in a warm place for an hour.
 When it doubles in size, punch the dough and knead it for around 4-5 minutes.
 Roll it using a rolling pin to make a sheet of 1/2 inch thickness.
 Mix the butter, green chili and minced garlic in a small bowl.
Apply the garlic spread on a sheet and roll it from one end to the other.
Bake this loaf in pre-heated oven on 180 degrees for around 20-25 minutes.
Place it on a cooling tray to cool.
Once it cools, cut into slices and ready to eat.
