Quick bread dhokla

Ingredients 

4 -bread slices

1 tbsp- sour curd

1- green chilli cut into small pieces

1/2 tsp- mustard seed

1 tbsp- ghee/ butter

coriander leaves to garnish

salt


Method 

 Mix salt, chilli and curd

 Spread the above paste evenly on 2 bread slices. 

Cover these breads with 2 remaining slices. 

Cut each pair in 4 square pieces. 

Heat a flat pan or a frying pan. Put one tsp ghee or butter on the heated pan. 

Sprinkle some mustard seeds. Wait till it starts cracking. 

Put the bread pieces till brown on one side. Apply some ghee or butter.

Flip the slices and take is out when the second side is brown.  Garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves.
