Simple dhokla

Ingredients

For batter 

1 cup - sooji/rava

1 cup -curd

1/4 cup - water

salt

a pinch - hing

1/4 tsp - turmeric pdr.

1/2 tsp - green chilli, chopped

2 tbsp - coriander leaves  chopped

1 tbsp - coconut, grated

2 tsp - lemon juice

To season in 1 tbsp oil:

1 tsp - jeera

1/2 tsp - mustard seeds

1 tsp - Eno fruit salt


Method  
Mix all the ingredients for the batter and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and jeera and allow it to crackle.
Pour this into the batter.
Add Eno fruit salt. Mix the batter well.
Steam on high flame in greased plate for 12 minutes.
