HEALTHY BAKED SAVOURY AJWAIN STICKS

INGREDIENTS

RICE FLR.  1 CUP
BESAN  1/4 CUP
GHEE/ BUTTER 11/4 TBSP
SALT TO TASTE
CHILLI PDR 1/2 TSP OR TO TASTE
AJWAIN 1/2 TSP
HING 1/4 TSP
WATER TO NEED
OIL 2 TSP

METHOD

KNEAD ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WITH JUST ENOUGH WATER TO MAKE A SOFT DOUGH ( SOFT ENOUGH FOR YOU TO BE ABLE TO ROLL WITH HAND INTO THIN STRIPS )
THEN LIGHTLY GREASE AN OVEN PLATE, SPREAD THE STICKS ON IT, BAKE IT 180 DEG C IN A PRE-HEATED OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES, BUT AFTER 5 MINUTES, TURN, PUT A FEW DROPS OF OIL ON THEM OR THEY MAY BE TOO DRY, THEN BAKE TILL THEY TURN LIGHT GOLDEN AS YOU SEE IN THE PICTURE.
PROCEED WITH THE DOUGH IN THE SAME WAY. ONLY TIRING THING IS TO ROLL, IF YOU WANT AN EASIER WAY OUT, JUST FLATTEN THEM WITH YOU HAND AS THIN AS POSSIBLE, THEN BAKE, AS WHO CARES FOR SHAPE, ONLY THE TASTE, RIGHT?
