Radish salad ( makes 1 ½ cups)

Ingredients
White/red radish coarsely grated 1 cup            salt ½ tsp          red chili pdr ½ tsp
Cumin seeds, roasted & coarsely powdered ¼ tsp       lemon juice 2 tbsp       oil 1ts[
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp     coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp

Method
Rub salt on the grated radish & keep it aside for 10-15 minutes. Lightly squeeze out the water from it. Mix in red chili pdr, cumin seed pdr & lemon juice. Heat oil & roast sesame seeds till they’re light ink. Add to prepared radish & mix. Remove from heat. Sprinkle coriander leaves before serving.
