TO MAKE CURD FROM MILK WITHOUT STARTER

Take 3-4 ALMONDS and soak them  for 10-12 hrs in curd which you have at home. After that take out soaked almonds from curd. They will swell .Wash them thoroughly with water and let them dry(not in sunlight) at normal temp.Now take 2-3 Almonds and dip  them in the milk from which you want to make curd.The milk should be WARM cover it with lid and keep this vessel in warm place for 12-14 hrs.THICK ,tasty curd will be ready.Take out Almonds from curd which you made from milk ,wash them with water, dry and store in fridge.You can use these almonds for making curd from milk repeatedly for about8-10 times.If you feel almonds are not good enough, you can soak other fresh almonds.
