SPROUTS SALAD


INGREDIENTS
Moong sprouts  30 gm
Chana sprouts  30 gm
Rajma/ Kidney beans boiled, and drained 30 gm
Walnuts chopped 20 gm
Lime juice to taste
Spring onion chopped 1 tbsp
tomato chopped 1 tbsp
carrot grated  1 tbsp
salt to taste
chili flakes to taste
oil 1 tsp
mix all in a bowl well, check for seasoning, add little chopped coriander leaves on top and serve
