Cottage cheese cutlets

Ingredients
1/2 cup green peas boiled, crush coarsely
add 1 big potato boiled n grated
1 small carrot grated
ginger 1/2 tsp chopped
turmeric pdr. 1/4 tsp
green chili 1-2 chopped to taste
coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp
red chili pdr. to taste
jeera pdr.  1/2 tsp

amchur ( dry mango) pdr  1/2 tsp
paneer / cottage cheese grated 125 gm

salt to taste
breadcrumbs as needed
cornflour/ maida slurry
oil for shallow frying
 

Method
coarsely crush peas along with ginger and green chilies
add boiled and mashed potato, carrot, seasonings, mix all well
coat in cornflour / maida slurry,  roll in breadcrumbs, refrigerate for 30 minutes
shallow fry in hot oil till both sides are brown

serve hot with chutney/ ketchup.
