MANGO CHEESE-CAKE



INGREDIENTS
for base
cookies powdered, mixed with melted ghee and spread on the spring-form tin, refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes

for cake
cream cheese 1/2 cup
powdered sugar 1/2 cup
mango pulp  1/2- 3/4 cup
whipped cream  1/2 cup

METHOD
mix well cream cheese and sugar, add mango pulp, beat well, adding more if you wish darker colour, add whipped cream, fold lightly, pour over the base, keep in the fridge to set
OR, you may put cookie powder in small individual bowls to set, pour mango cheese on top, keep in the fridge to set and serve.
