Irish Cream Chocolate Fondue

 Irish cream fondue with fruit  

Ingredients

    1 cup heavy cream
    
⅓ cup Irish Cream

    12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate


Optional Ingredients


    fruit for dipping
    cake for dipping
    marshmallows for dipping

Directions


    In a medium saucepan combine the heavy cream and Irish cream.
    Heat over medium-low heat until the mixture just starts to simmer.
    Remove it from the heat.

    Add the chocolate, stirring until it is fully melted and combined with the cream mixture.

    Transfer the chocolate to a fondue pot to stay warm.
    Serve immediately with your choice of dipping options.
