Chocolate Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups wheat flour
  •  2-3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup warm plant milk
  • Choco chips ( optional)

Method:

In a mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Give it a mix and then pour in the wet ingredients, the warm milk, and the melted butter. Add in the Choco chips, Give it a mix until well combined.

Then, pour small dollops into a greased pan and flip sides until the pancake has been well browned.
