Healthy, easy overnight oats for breakfast

Ingredients

Serves = 1

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup soy milk (or other milk of choice)
  • ½ Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
  • ½ banana, sliced

Method

  • In a jar or tupperware container, combine the milk, chia seeds, honey, and peanut butter with a spoon until mixed well
  • Add in the rolled oats and mix well until oats are soaked
  • Cover securely with the lid and refrigerate overnight
  • Top with sliced banana & enjoy!

Options

Top with any fresh fruit that's in season
