Radish saag

Ingredients
radish 1 big cut into small pieces
radish leaves washed and chopped fine 1 cup
salt and chili pdr. to taste
turmeric pdr.  1/2 tsp
jeera pdr. 1 tsp. 
amchur pdr. 1 tsp
jeera  1/2 tsp
mustard seeds  1/2 tsp
hing little
oil 2 tbsp
powder
mustard seeds  1 tsp
saunf     2 tbsp

Method
in a heavy pan, add oil, once hot add mustard sees, once ot crackles, add jeera, once jeera crackles
add hing, radish and  salt, turmeric pdr, jeera pdr     
1/2 the quantity of pdr. masala, mix well, to cook uncovered 
once done, add the remaining spice and pdr. spice,
serve hot with rice/ roti
