Potato chips in healthy, country style

Ingredients
potatoes 2 big, wash, wipe cut into thick long pieces
salt to taste
chili pdr. 1/2 tsp or to taste
turmeric pdr  1/2 tsp
amchur pdr.  1/2 tsp
oil 2 tbsp

Method
over cut potatoes, add the spices, add 1 1/2 tbsp oil, mix well
spread this on the fryer, fry for 20 minutes or till well fried, you need to brush oil on the fryer container.
