How to make Keto-diet friendly Coconut and Chocolate Muffins for a guilt-free weekend dessert

How to make Coconut- Chocolate Muffins 

Ingredients

  • 25 gm coconut flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1tbsp stevia 
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla essence 
  • 1tsp unsweetened cocoa powder 

Method

  • In convection mode - Preheat oven at 180 C. 
  • Mix ingredients in a bowl
  • Grease muffin tins or use muffin paper lining and pour about 2tbsp of batter into each mould.
  • Sprinkle with love the dark chocolate chips
  • No one likes a Muffin with 3 sad looking chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.

This recipe will make 6 muffins.
