Curry leaves, corainder, tomato thuvayal / chutney

 Ingredients

mustard seeds  1 tsp

urad dal  1 tbsp

green chili 2

red chili  4 or to taste

sesame oil  2 tbsp

tomatoes  2-3 chopped

curry leaves 4-5 sprigs

coriander leaves small bunch

ginger chopped  1 tbsp

salt to taste

Method

Fry 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tbsp of urad dal, two green chilies, four red chilies in 2 tbsp of sesame oil and remove the fried ingredients from oil. In the same oil fry bunch of curry leaves, coriander leaves, two chopped tomatoes and handful of skin peeled ginger pieces. After cooling grind everything in mixie with salt.
