Mango Mysorepak

Ingredients
besan 1 cup
mango pulp  1 cup
sugar 1 cup
milk pdr.  1/2 cup
ghee 4-5 tbsp
water about 1 cup

Method
in a non-stick pan, heat 2 tbsp ghee, add besan and keep frying on medium flame till light brown.
remove, add water, mix well, seeing no lumps are formed
add milk pdr, sugar, mango mix well
cook on medium flame stirring all the time, once it gets thick, add little ghee at a time, till it forms a lump and leaves the sides of the pan, remove, grease a plate, spread and let it set, cut into desired pieces.
