Green Grapes Chutney

Ingredients

3 cups seedless Green Grapes

1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt or to taste

1/2 tsp roasted Cumin / jeera powder

2 tbsp Oil or Ghee

1 tsp Black Mustard Seeds
 
1/8 tsp Asafoetida or Hing
 
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
 
1 tsp Red Chili powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat any cooking oil . To this add, roasted cumin powder, asafoetida, a little bit of salt, red chili powder and green seedless grapes. Cover and cook on a low heat until mushy and soft. Mash well with a masher. Adjust taste if necessary.
    Cool and store in a clean dry jar.
