Ingredients:
• ¼ cup chopped mixed herbs (such as chives or parsley)
• ½ cup butter (softened)
• 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
• Pinch of salt
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix the butter, zest, and herbs. Stir and season to taste.
