Dates Kheer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dates , de-seeded and finely chopped
  • 3 Dates , de-seeded and cubed for garnish
  • 2 cups Milk , or coconut milk for vegan option
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cashew nuts
  • 1 tablespoon Mixed nuts , chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ghee

  • METHOD
  • To Dates Kheer, de-seed dates and chop them into small pieces. In a mixer, add dates, a cup of milk and grind them into fine paste
  • Mix the grounded paste with the remaining cup of milk. 
    Add condensed milk, cardamom powder and combine them well.
  • Heat the kheer and bring it to boil.
