whole wheat flour  2 cups

curd  4-5 tbsp
oil 2 tbsp
mix the dry ing. well, then add curd, mix well, add 1 tbsp oil, mix well, then add  water  as needed to make a soft dough, last add remaining oil on top and on the dish all around, cover and keep for 5-6 hours to raise. then roll into a square or rectangle and cut into strips to make rolls
For stuffing
spinach washed and chopped  3 cups
onion 1 big finely chopped
garlic 2 pearls chopped optional
green chillies 2-3 chopped as per taste OR use little chili/ pepper pdr. to taste
oil 1 tsp
mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup mix with 1/2 cup processed cheese both grated
salt to taste ( will need slightly less salt than usual, as cheese as salt)

For stuffing
in a pan heat oil, add garlic if using, fry till pink, add onion and green chilies, fry till light brown, add washed spinach, cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes, remove. if there is too much water, drain it, then add salt, once cool, add cheese mix well.

take small portions of the dough, roll out into square/ rectangle, cut into 3 " strips, put the stuffing in onr corner, roll tightly. brush with milk/ butter, once all the rolls are rolled
then bake in pre-heated oven at 180 deg C for 10-12 minutes, till it is golden brown, by placing them on muffin cups/ on greased tray, by placing them straight. serve hot.

health tips- when made with whole wheat flour, you get fibre and carbs, iron and vitamins from spinach, vitamin C if using green chilies, garlic as anti-cancer, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory properties, cheese has proteins, so it will make a complete meal. you may add other veges too if you like.
