Ingredients (single serving):
  • 1 cup skim milk / milk alternative
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp. desiccated coconut
  • 1 – 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 heaping tbsp. Goji berries
Blend all the ingredients until you get a consistent texture, then pour into a tall glass and sprinkle some desiccated coconut and Goji for decoration. 
 This quick and easy shake contains large quantities of fiber, vitamins B, C & E, as well as beta-carotene, iron, calcium, amino acids and omega 3.
