Poha Veg. Rolls

Ingredients and Prep 

poha  1 bowl, washed well, squeeze out water, crumble well.

onion 1 big finely chopped

green chilies 2-3 as per taste finely chopped

ginger 1 tsp finely chopped

cooked green peas 1/4 cup slight mashed

boiled, peeled and mashed potato 1/4 cup

carrot grated 1/4 cup

turmeric pdr 1/4 tsp

red chili pdr 1/2 tsp or to taste

jeera pdr 1/2 tsp

garam masala pdr 1/2 tsp ( optional)

coriander leaves chopped 1-2 tbsp

salt to taste 

oil for shallow frying

coat in breadcrumbs / flour 

Mix all the above ingredients well, except oil, make small rolls, coat in breadcrumbs or flour, shallow fry in a pan on medium heat, turning the rolls around till brown and crisp. 

Drain and serve hot with chutney of your choice.

Tip- You can make small balls and fry in appe pan with minimum oil or fry in Air Fryer, or bake in an oven @ 180 C by brushing some oil, for about 8-10 minutes, turning it once in between,
