Berry Vanilla

 Ingredients and Prep

Vanilla protein pdr 2 scoops

mixed berries frozen 2 cups

walnuts 1 tbsp

spinach 1 cup

low-fat almond milk yogurt  1/2 cup

flaxseed pdr 1 tbsp

water 12 ounces / 355 ml

 

Blend all well to get a healthy protein shake to energise you.
