Ingredients
sweetcorn crushed 1 cup
besan 2-3 tbsp
rice flour 2 tbsp
ginger-green chili paste 1 tbsp
salt to taste
hing little
coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
ajwain 1/2 tsp
turmeric pdr 1/2 tsp
oil for frying
Preparations
in a big bowl add crushed sweet corns, ginger-green chili paste, turmeric pdr, coriander leaves, ajwain and mix well
add besan and rice flour as needed to make the thick batter for the fritters
heat oil, lower the flame, wet your hands, take small amount of the batter, drop carefully in hot oil, turn gently after 1-2 minutes
fry in medium hot oil till golden, drain well, serve hot with chutney of your choice and a hot cup of tea.
