Ingredients:
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon pdr
- 2 tbsp melted butter or cooking spray
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the tortillas: Stack the tortillas and cut them into wedges (like a pizza). You’ll get about 8 wedges per tortilla.
- Prepare the cinnamon sugar: In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
- Coat the tortillas: Brush each tortilla wedge with melted butter (or lightly spray with cooking spray). Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the buttered tortillas.
- Bake: Place the tortilla wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
- Cool and serve: Let the chips cool
slightly before serving. Enjoy as a sweet snack or with a side of
dipping sauce like chocolate or caramel.
