OATS- NUTS LADDOOS

 This one is with powdered sugar
This one made with sugar substitute for hubby

INGREDIENTS
oats 2 cups
cashew nut  20 or so
almonds 15 +
walnuts 10+
flax seed powder 2 tbsp
ghee 3-4 tbsp
powdered sugar to taste
sugar substitute to taste

METHOD
roast oats for about 4-5 minutes on low flame stirring, remove, cool and powder
roast nuts, cool and powder
roast flax seeds, cool and powder
powder sugar
melt ghee
I added powdered oats, nuts, flax seed powder mixed well
removed 1/3 rd of it for hubby, mixed sugar substitute about 3 tbsp, mixed well, warmed about 2 tbsp ghee, mixed and made small laddoos.
With the remaining powder added powder sugar, mixed well, added warm ghee about 3 tbsp, mixed well, made small round laddoos.

This laddoo is very healthy with loads of fibre from oats, flax seeds, protein from nuts, ghee for fat with Vitamin D.
