KABULI CHANA VADA( WHITE CHICK-PEAS VAD/ CUTLET)

INGREDIENTS
boiled kabuli chana 1 cup
rice flour 1-2 tbsp
salt and green chilies to taste
ajwain 1/2 tsp
hing little
onion 2 small or 1 big finely chopped 
curry leaves finely chopped 1 tsp if you've
coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp ( optional)
oil to fry

METHOD
drain the cooked chana, grind coarse without any water along with green chilies and onion
OR you may finely chop green chilies and onion and add to ground chana
add salt, ajwain, hing, rice flour, I got a stiff dough, so I slightly sprinkled some water
took little flattened into round shape and fired in hot oil on medium heat till brown and crisp on both sides, drain and serve hot with tea/ coffee.

I had boiled chana to make chundal, but as hubby didn't like chana chundal, got the idea to make like vada, as hubby loves vada anyway. It didn't take oil, as the dough was quite dry.
We both liked it, had it just now with our tea and coffee plain without any chutney. It was good plain too.
