Ingredients
peanuts roasted  1 1/2 cups
oats  1/2 cups
sesame seeds   1/2 cup
jaggery/ gur  1 cup
water little

Method

roast peanuts, sesame seeds and oats separately on slow flame, cool and powder them coarsely
In a pan,  add water and jaggery, once jaggery melts, strain to remove the impurities, then cook till ball consistency, i.e., when you put little syrup in water, you'ld be able to roll it into a ball, which should be soft, remove, add the powdered ingredients, mix well quickly, while still warm roll into small balls.

By chance you're not able to roll all at once, if your syrup is too thick, don't worry, I cooked 2 small carrots grated with little milk and sugar, once the mixture was thick, I added what I'ld not  roll, mixed well, then rolled into balls, then I kept these rolled with carrot and milk in the fridge, so it will not get bad. It tasted good, all the ladies to whom I distributed for Navarathri I liked it, as it is healthy and tasty too. It is rich in iron, calcium, fibre, protein.
