Beetroot raita


Ingredients
 Yoghurt  1 cup/ 250 grams
beetroot  1/4 cup Boiled and puréed
 beetroot  1 Boiled and cubed
 Powdered sugar   2tsp
Cumin/ jeera powder  1/4 tsp
Salt  to taste

Method
First, beat yoghurt with a hand whisk or a hand beater till it is smooth.
Add the beetroot purée and mix with a spoon.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
