Bajra-rice- green moong dosa




ready to eat bajra dosa

 Yesterday, as I decided to eat at home, soaked bajra, rice to make dosa. When I was about to grind decided that I'ld add some green moong dal too. Added some ragi/ finger millet flour too to make it healthy.

Ingredients

bajra 1/4 cup

rice 2 tbsp

green moong 1 tbsp

green chilies 2

ginger 1" chopped

curry leaves finely chopped a handful

salt to taste

oil to cook 

Preparations

wash and soak bajra and green moong also for about 4 -5 hours.

grind with green chilies. ginger to a smooth batter adding water as needed

I added salt, ragi flour about 3 tbsp  mixed well. 

I covered and let it ferment for about  6 hours as I wanted to make it for my dinner

Had 2 dosas with curd mixed with milagai podi

Healthy protein rich, calcium, Vitamin E, fiber rich dosa.
