Healthy Dahi / Hung curd Sandwich !

 Yes, isn't it surprising to read a Dahi Sandwich, why not? healthy, calcium rich, filling, give it a try.

Ingredients

hung curd 1/2 cup or as needed

carrot finely grated  2-3 tbsp or as needed

capsicum finely chopped 2-3 tbsp

green chilies finely chopped to taste

finely chopped onion 2 tbsp

sweet corn 2-3 tbsp

some nuts finely chopped of desired

bread slices

salt to taste

butter to toast 

 

Preparations

In  a bowl, add hung curd, add the vegetables, green chilies, salt mix well.

spread generously over a slice of bread, keep another slice on top

heat a tawa/ pan, spread little butter  on top of the slices, toast it till crisp on both sides OR

you can toast in a waffle iron or toaster crisp/ soft as desired

cut into triangles, serve hot with some chutney/ sauce. 

Tip- you may add whatever veges you like to fill the sandwich as per your taste
