Gud Vali Chai for the Monsoon

 Monsoon times is the worst to get many infections, waterborne, airborne, from food too. The gud/ jaggery tea will soothe your throat.

 

Ingredients

water 2 cups

tea leaves 2 tsp

jaggery  1 tbsp

grated ginger  1 tsp

cardamom pdr a pinch

milk as required

 

Preparations

boil water, add tea leaves, let it simmer for 3-4 minutes along with grated ginger .

add jaggery, cardamom pdr mix well, till it dissolves completely 

add milk as desired, boil the tea, strain into cups and enjoy this soothing tea with its warmth in the monsoon.
