We often wonder what to do with little dosa/ idli batter what to do. No fear, add some suji/ rava, chop onion, green chilies, curry leaves, salt to taste. You can also add some coarsely crushed peanuts and make as bondas, don't forget to add salt to taste, deep fry in hot oil.
In case, you don't want to deep fry, according to the thickness of the batter, you can make like small pancakes/ uttapam or paniyaram by dropping the batter on the appa karai, as then you'll be using less oil, by covering it with a lid, on medium flame. Serve your hot bonda / paniyaram/ uttapam with some yummy chutney, seeing it vanishing in no time.
Those who don't eat onion, chop some cabbage finely, grated carrot, some sweet corn as per your taste and what you've in hand at that moment ! Be INNOVATIVE.
