White dhokla

Ingredients

Rice 1 cup

Urad dal ½ cup

Curd ½ cup

Salt to taste

Oil 2 tbsp

Green chilies 2-3 slit

Curry leaves

Coriander leaves coconut for garnishing

Preparations 

soak dal and rice, grind till smooth add curd and salt, leave it to 

ferment

once fermented, steam it in a steamer  on a greased plate for 12-15 

minutes

 

for tadaka

heat oil, add mustard seeds, once it crackles, add green slit chilies, 

curry leaves and hing

drizzle the tempering over the dhokla once cooled

sprinkle coriander leaves, grated coconut, cut and serve with green 

chutney
