Ingredients:
Ground beef - 1 pound ( dal+ paneeer/ mushrooms, tofu)
Salsa - 1/2 cup
cabbage - 2 cups (shredded)
Chili powder - 2 tsp.
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Parmesan cheese - 3/4 cups (shredded)
oil 1 tbsp
Preparations
Heat oil in a pan, fry dal/ paneer/ mushroom/ tofu well. OR
Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain the fat.
Add the salsa, seasoning, and cabbage to
the pan and bring to a low boil.
Cover and reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the
cabbage is soft.
Turn off the heat and mix in the cheese until melted.
Garnish, if desired, with sour cream, green onions or avocado and serve.
