Low Carb Beef(dal+ paneer-sub) Cabbage Skillet

Several plant-based ingredients can effectively replace ground beef in vegan cooking, offering similar textures and flavors. Popular options include lentils, mushrooms, tofu, tempeh, and textured vegetable protein (TVP). These can be seasoned and cooked to mimic the taste and consistency of ground beef in various dishes.

It's all made in a single pan and offers a low-carb meal with some savory goodness, and packed with vitamins and nutrients to boot! Enjoy it in a taco or as is.
