Ingredients
Pour six glasses of water in a big pan and boil it.
When it boils completely, switch off the gas flame.
Pour 3 sachets or 2 tbsp. of green tea in it.
Cover it with lid/plate for 5 minutes.
Remove the plate and let it be cool down.
Strain it in a big jar/ bottle.
Add 10-12 well washed mint leaves.
Take one lemon and cut it into 4 slices.
Add these slices in the green tea jar. Cover the jar with its lid or cap.
Keep it in refrigerator and drink one glass each day.
