Ingredients:
Jackfruit seeds: 3 cups
Onion: 1
Butter: 2 tbsp
Chili powder: 1 tsp. or to taste
Chat masala: 1 tsp.
Schezwan sauce: 1tsp.
Salt to taste
Method:
Pressure cook the jackfruit seeds for 2 whistles. Cool it and peel the skin off.
Slice the seeds into 3-4 pieces depending on the seed size.
Heat butter in a pan and sauté thinly sliced onion and sliced jackfruit seeds till they are golden brown.
Add chili powder, chat masala and Schezwan sauce and toss well.
Season with salt and serve hot.
