Green Quinoa in Cheese

Ingredients

Preparation

Step 1 :

Cook 1 cup of quinoa. Make sure you add a tsp of extra virgin olive oil and required salt while cooking.

Step 2 :

Add a piece of butter in a pan. Once it melts, add a tsp of flour and stir well. Add a tsp of cream and stir. Add some rosemary, salt and butter to taste.

Step 3 :

In a casserole, fill the cooked quinoa. Pour the prepared white sauce on top. Add a cup of washed and chopped broccoli.

Step 4 :

Add half a cup of corn. Add a cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 5 :

Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven under 180-degree Celsius. Serve hot.
