Protein powder for weight loss

 INGREDIENTS

Flax seed 1 ½ bowl roast for 3-4 minutes, keep stirring, remove in a plate

Almond  ½ bowl,

Walnut ½ bowl

Pumpkin seeds ¼ bowl

Pista ¼ bowl

Roast  each of them separately for 2-3 minutes, remove in the plate

Once cool, grind to a fine powder

It can be added to milk, curd, sprinkle over fruits
