Nutty mix


It is full of nutrition , having loads of minerals and fiber. It gives a feeling of satiety.

Ingredients
fox nuts / makhana  as desired
peanuts  as you desire
roasted nuts / pottukadalai as needed
salt and chili pdr. to taste
turmeric pdr. 1/4 tsp
oil 1-2 tsp depending on the quantity

Method
in a heavy pan, add fox nuts, roast till the moisture dries and it gets crisp. Keep roasting on medium flame stirring all the time
remove and keep in a bowl
In the same pan, roast peanuts till crisp, put over the fox nuts roasted
in the same pan add roasted nuts, roast till crisp
In the same pan, add oil, add turmeric pdr., chili pdr., add the roasted nuts, toss well adding salt to taste, once well mixed, remove, cool and store in a clean bottle.
