Cheesy leftover batter pakoras

With adai / dosa batter which is left over and you're in the mood for some hot snacks on a cold / rainy day, try this recipe. I'm sure your family will love it and it will be over in a jiffy.

INGREDIENTS
adai/ dosa left over batter
fine suji/ rava as needed
rice flour as needed
onion finely chopped 1 big or 1 cup depending on the batter
salt to taste
green chilies finely chopped to taste
coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
cheese cubes cut into small pieces
oil for frying

METHOD
if you're using left over adai mavu, you will need rice flour and little rava to make the batter

In case you're using leftover dosa batter, if it is quite thin, add rice flour and rava to get the right consistency
add other ingredients except cheese to get a thick batter, take little batter, put a small piece of cheese, cover with some batter, making sure it is well covered, deep fry in medium hot oil, till golden, drain well on kitchen towel, serve hot with chutney / ketchup of your choice.
