Vanilla protein pdr 1 scoop
mango chopped 1 cup
tart cherries 1/4 cup
100% tart cherry juice 1/2 cup
coconut water 1 cup
ice cubes 4
Blend all well to get a thirst quenching drink
The recipes posted here are very simple, with no hard & fast rule, as I love to cook a variety but with ease. My dishes are such that it is nutritious & easy to cook.
