Ragi Chocolate Gooey Mugcake - Eggless, healthy- Microwave

Whenever, the banana is over-ripe, I mash it well, sprinkle some sugar/ jaggery powder on top and keep it in the fridge. I was hungry, I remembered the banana waiting to be used. All I needed was just few ingredients.

Ingredients

mashed banana 1/4 cup

ghee/ clarified butter 1 1/2 tsp

milk 2-3 tbsp

ragi flour 3-4 tbsp ( finger millet flour)

cocoa pdr 1/8 tsp

baking pdr 1/2 tsp

baking soda 1/8 tsp

salt a pinch

Preparations

In the mug, I added ghee, added the mashed banana, cocoa pdr mixed well, added about 2 tbsp of ragi flour, mixed well, added another 1 tbsp roughly mixed well along with salt, baking soda, and baking pdr.

Then I added little milk, as I felt, the mixture was a little thin, added roughly another tbsp of ragi flour, mixed well.

Microwave for 90 seconds. I really puffed up till the top. It tasted almost like choco-lava without  the extra sweetness or more sugar ! Enjoyed it, that was my dinner now !
