Oats gluten free chila

 INGREDIENTS

oats 1 cup
besan 1/2 cup
water  1/2 cup
onion chopped 1 big
green chilies chopped to taste
turmeric pdr 1/4 tsp
red chili pdr to taste
hing little
jeera pdr 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
oil for cooking
carrot grated 2 tbsp
coriander leaves 2 tbsp
 
Preparations 

grind oats with water, add besan and other ingredients, adjust the consistency for chila,
heat a tawa, grease with oil, make thin chilas, cook well on both sides, serve hot with chutney and pickle of your choice.

Tip- You may add some chopped spinach, grated carrots, grated cabbage, or any vegetable of your choice.
