Ingredients
boiled, peeled potato 1 big
arbi 2 boiled, peeled
salt to taste
ginger-garlic paste
green chili paste/ chilies chopped to taste
garam masala pdr 1/2 tsp
chaat masala 1/2 tsp
roasted besan 1/4 cup or as needed
oil for frying
green chutney and tamarind chutney for seving
arbi 1 big peeled and chopped into thin strips for fries
Method
in a big bowl add potaotes and arbi mash it well, add seasoning, besan flour to bind as needed.
shape into small round/ oval shaped tikki, deep fry in hot oil till crisp.
fry the arbi strips to serve like French fries.
If you want a chaat, spread the tikkis, add the chutney, curd whisked well, arbi fries, coriander leaves on top , sprinkle little chaat masala on top,
