Masala chips are a popular food in Kenyan
cuisine. These are essentially French fries covered in masala sauce,
which is a tomato-based sauce with spicy and garlicky notes. After
dipping the fries in the sauce, they are fried again and then served
with a squeeze of lemon juice.
My tip will be to roll it in a tortilla/ roti wrap with mayo/ cream cheese spread and salad, to be a complete meal and top it with a glass of lime juice/ lassi.
