Ingredients
Take water in a utensil and place it on the stove.
Add cardamoms and a piece of crushed ginger.
Allow it to boil for a minute and then add sugar.
Wait for another minute before adding tea leaves.
Let it boil for a few minutes.
Now, turn off the gas and cover it with a lid.
Give it a good stir and allow it to rest for 2 minutes.
Strain the tea in another vessel.
Place the vessel on the gas and allow it to boil, stir occasionally.
Add milk and allow it to boil.
Your ginger tea is ready, serve hot with cookies.
